  • Joining a pregnancy yoga class is a good way to meet other pregnant women in your area.

  • You may learn positions which will help you get baby into a good labour position. Yoga can increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

  • Prenatal yoga can also improve sleep and decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
